As you all may know by now Michael is extremely knowledgeable on house hacking investing strategies and he is passionate about what he does, which is one of the biggest reasons why I wanted to work with Michael. Why not work with someone who lives by his own words? He personally has house hacked himself and is still house hacking with a wife and kid.
