Logan joined the team after a decade of residential structural engineering and investing to share his experience and help people find financial independence through real estate.

Logan has worked with countless homeowners to design new construction, remodels, repairs, DADUs, and ADU conversions. Logan started his real estate journey in 2017 with his first engineering job, no credit, no remodeling experience, and a couple books. He rehabbed his first multi-family house hack in 2018, increasing free cash flow from a $1000/month deficit to a $2500/month surplus, creating over $300K in equity, and building the confidence to invest out of state. 

Rental income freed Logan to move from submarine engineering in Kitsap County to residential structural engineering throughout Washington. Now he’s brokering to help people find their financial freedom through home ownership and investing.
