Rachel joined HouseHack Seattle after four years of structural and environmental engineering in the Seattle area. Rachel dove into real estate in 2019 by rehabbing her first multi-family house hack. Through the remodel, she turned the property’s $1000/month cash flow deficit into a $2500/month surplus and added more than $300K in equity.

After experiencing the freedom real estate investing can bring, she moved to full-time brokering to help other people do the same. She'll work to help you find a home or investment property that supports your financial freedom.
