Nikki Kam

Nikki was born and raised in Hong Kong and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2009. She holds a BA in Interior Design and, driven by a passion for real estate investing, entered the industry in 2022. In her first three years,  Nikki completed over 35 transactions, achieving a sales volume of over $38 million through her interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Leveraging her construction knowledge and design skills, Nikki specializes in finding undervalued properties, helping clients envision their potential, and bringing that vision to life.

Nikki strives to be a real estate agent you can trust, known for her integrity and compassion. She is committed to treating clients with honesty and transparency—and occasionally throwing in a few dad jokes along the way.

In her downtime, Nikki enjoys playing board games, doing arts & crafts, getting behind her camera, and telling her dog he's a good boy.
