Ole Burns was raised in the small business world from a young age, learning directly from entrepreneurs and builders throughout Seattle. Drawn to real-world experience over a traditional classroom path, he chose to finish his diploma online in order to take a risk pursuing a career in real estate construction early over a traditional 4 year degree.
Ole started at the bottom of the food chain sweeping floors and digging trenches but quickly worked his way up in the field to a superintendent/GM role for a Seattle-based developer and general contractor. Now managing custom new construction single-family homes as well as Multifamily and DADU projects. His day-to-day work involves coordinating crews, managing site logistics, and overseeing projects from foundation to completion.
Alongside construction management, Ole specializes in investment-focused real estate, helping clients identify distressed or underutilized properties and transform them into valuable assets. His background in construction gives him a unique ability to evaluate opportunities and see risk where others may not.
When he’s not running job sites or working with clients, Ole can usually be found enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest as an outdoor enthusiast surfing, skiing, and climbing whenever he can.
We’ve helped clients build portfolios of gorgeous Airbnb Cabins, become rental property owners and landlords, and use down-payment assistance programs and House-Hacking to afford a better home than they had dreamed was possible. I’d love to hear a bit more about your investment goals, and chat about how I might be able to help.
