He holds a Master’s degree in Global Business and spent 8 years in e-commerce account management before realizing there were more efficient ways to build wealth than relying on a traditional paycheck. That’s when he discovered “house hacking” - an idea that reshaped his approach to real estate.

In 2022, Alex purchased his first home with the goal of turning it into an income-generating asset. Through strategic improvements, he transformed his large single-family home into a multi-unit setup that now produces positive cash flow. After seeing the results firsthand, Alex dove into development and zoning to better understand how to maximize property potential. He is currently involved in multiple projects, including DADU development, creating smart, income-producing opportunities.

Today, Alex combines his professional background with real-world investing experience to help clients, especially first-time buyers and aspiring investors, navigate real estate with confidence. He’s driven by helping clients reduce the burden of monthly bills and improve their quality of life through financial freedom.
